AIC π-Hub signs Partnership MoU with AIIH Foundation
AIC RRCAT π-Hub Foundation and AIIH Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster innovation-driven entrepreneurship and promote technology commercialization on June 24, 2025, at AIIH Foundation. The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Anurag S. D. Rai, CEO, AIC π-Hub Foundation, and Mr. Atul Bharat, Director, AIIH Foundation, in the presence of Dr. Christ P. Paul, Director, AIC π-Hub Foundation, and other academic staff of the Acropolis Group of Institutions, which includes AIIH Foundation.
This collaboration signifies a unified commitment to bridging the gap between research and the market. It aims to enable access to scientific infrastructure and support startups in deep-tech and high-impact sectors. By combining the academic and research strengths of AIIH Foundation with the advanced scientific ecosystem and technology commercialisation capabilities of AIC π-Hub Foundation at RRCAT, the partnership seeks to nurture a vibrant startup ecosystem in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
During the MoU ceremony, Dr. Christ P. Paul shared insights into breakthrough innovations led by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) and Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), highlighting their transformation into real-world applications. Dr. Paul’s inspiring address urged participants to embrace the intersection of science and entrepreneurship to drive national development.
The MoU envisions a series of high-impact initiatives, including startup bootcamps, joint research translation programs, and cross-institutional collaborations to foster a vibrant innovation network. Both institutions expressed their dedication to long-term cooperation, with a shared mission to empower startups, scale scientific ventures, and strengthen India’s position in the global deep-tech and innovation ecosystem.
